So dedicated readers might have noticed that your MoM took the week off last Monday. I was in Phoenix for my niece’s graduation from high school. Having my mother with me made it difficult to get other things done because the graduation ceremony took place on Monday. I drove home on Tuesday whilst maintaining radio silence. I still got several text messages (which I did not read) from all of my soccer watching friends. The timing of all of this was awkward because my Arsenal had won their game on Monday and second place Manchester City was playing on Tuesday. It was their last opportunity to keep pace with us and they fell short, giving Arsenal their first championship since 2004. I presumed the texts were spoilers about the game, but I waited until I got home. I’ve been on Cloud 9 since then.
Sometimes we can’t make it to our iPad to post a blog. Sometimes we can’t get things done. We might miss a meeting. It happens. The important thing is to keep coming back. So here we are on a Monday morning. Arsenal are Premiere League champions. The blog is being written. We are all set to…
