Last Friday Mrs MoM and I went to the big rock and roll show. It was part of an anniversary present for her. The band was Third Day. We first saw them shortly after we were married when they were brand new. Now here we all are 30 years later. Over the years a lot has changed. They’ve gone through some lineup shifts. My life has had some dramatic shifts as well. Yet here we all are, putting one foot in front of the other and doing our best to honor God’s call on our lives.

When life changes, and it will, we need to do our best to adapt. We need to have a plan in place that lets us respond to the change instead of reacting. By being ready for whatever, we can overcome whatever. And when the lights go down, we get to…
