My plans today were kind of all over the place. I was going to go down to Starbucks and have a cuppa. I thought I might run into a friend there who absolutely adores Groundhog Day. I was going to help my grandson with his very first tax return. I was going to write a little. I was going to do a lot of things. Instead, my grandson stayed at home sick, I lazed in bed, and now I’m anticipating mochi pancakes, sitting in my arm chair with my iPad writing the 11th anniversary blog. Yup, 11 years ago today I got a wild hair and decided to start a blog.
What a strange life we live. Almost everything in my daily life and ministry has changes dramatically from eleven years ago. But the constant in recovery is change.
