Weebles

Anyone else remember Weebles? Yeah, they wobble but they don’t fall down. I never had any, but always wanted them. I remember going into Fedco in Panorama City before Christmas back in the 70’s. They had a table out with lots of toys to try out. I was DETERMINED to get a Weeble to fall down. I did everything that I could to knock that rascal down to no avail. You see Weebles were and egg shaped toy that was weighted at the bottom so they just popped upright every time. I left impressed but defeated.

The devil likes to shop at my Fedco and play with the toys. He thinks he can knock me down and keep me there, but he couldn’t be “wronger”! Philippians 4:13 reminds me that I will not fail because I am on the right side of the fight. Satan WILL try. Satan WILL fail! We WILL
