Well, I missed all of last week with all of my blogs. The blog service wanted me to update my password so they sent a link to the email on file. The problem with that was that the email on file was from way back when I started the blog and not only is that account no longer active, the entire domain is no longer in use! I’ve effectively been locked out of my blogs for about two weeks. I finally got it squared away so here I am!

I’m actually typing this from my daughter’s dining room. We drove up with my 91 year old mother to see the grandbabies. I was soooooo excited about getting here I was driving a tad bit above the speed limit. I got to meet a very friendly Highway Patrol officer who gave me a cool Christmas “card”. Live and learn….right?

In my recovery I sometimes get very excited about one thing and it causes me to ignore something else. I need to remain diligent in my steps or I will probably leave myself open for a stumble. Tomorrow I drive back home. You can bet that I will have my cruise control set at the speed limit and I will not let that speedometer…
