Tonight your MoM is doing of their favorite things…I’m going to see Sammy Hagar…at the Forum in LA! It’s cool because it is the same place that I saw my first big concert back in the mid-80’s. Hagar at the Forum, Baby.

I have great memories of that show, including getting a flyer for an upcoming club show from some dude in a band called Poison about 3 years before anyone knew that Every Rose has it’s Thorn. Going back to the show tonight with my best friend since 6th grade will bring back a lot of memories will surely make new ones as well.

In recovery it can be good to do things where we know the outcome. It is healthy to do the things that work that we have done before. It takes away the guess work of life, and that’s a good thing!

I can’t wait for the house lights to go down so that we can…
