I was playing with my grandkids this morning so I couldn’t write the blog until now. We’ve been driving around going to parks and rivers all over Southern Oregon.
The day started with a frog hunt that turned into “Let’s climb on Papa and play Horsies!” Sounds perfect!
The biggest obstacle was that we had one Papa and two kids of riding age. The oldest grand (5 year old Eleanore) fixed it by standing on my calves while I crawled. Her little brother took the traditional back “seat”. It worked. She figured out what she needed to do and made it work.
What a great recovery lesson. When we need to focus on finishing that inventory or getting another tough amends out of the way, we buckle up and ride the horses legs. Never stop looking for a way to…
