Back in 1962 a little band out of England was formed. They called themselves The Rolling Stones. If you’re not familiar with them, stop reading this and do so quick research!

Fast forward to 2024 and they have millions of tour miles under their belts as well as millions of records sold. This weekend I took a friend to see them in a big football stadium. I didn’t count, but I’m guessing there were 60,000 or more people at the show. The band is still popular and the masses still turn out to see the show. People want to see 3 octogenarians and their band.

Yet if you were to split these guys up and have them put on a show playing the same music but without the other geezers you would get a few thousand people coughing up the money for a ticket. It’s crazy, but true. The sum of the parts is greater than the combine value of the individuals. It’s got to be the whole lot of ‘em or it doesn’t count.

When I am trying to do things (like my recovery) on my own, I don’t do nearly as well as I do when I am with my Forever Family. Together, we get more done and find more success. And even though we might not find any “Satisfaction”, we will…
