This morning finds your MoM in Las Vegas. I’m not a fan of Las Vegas, per se, however one of my friends had a business trip to take and asked me to tag along, so here I am.

When I got up, I wanted some coffee so I ambled into the living room (Donny got us a suite😳) to investigate the coffee maker situation. Keurig machine. No problem. I’ve got this!

Where things got interesting was in looking for the KCup. I found it, but noticed it was all wrapped up with a cup and coffee add-ins. There was also a QR code, which made me take notice. Before unwrapping I scanned the code and discovered that it would cost $12 for coffee. Now you all know I am a Starbucks guy, so I know coffee can be pricey, but twelve bucks and no ‘Bucks?!? I don’t think so!

The funny thing is that there’s free coffee in the lobby.

I guess that the message hidden here is that we should never accept the first answer as the only answer. Keep looking and you might find the free coffee. This morning I had to go downstairs in order to…
