This week you MoM is at CR Summit in Orange County. We are here for the week and have a couple of families traveling together so we opted for an Air BnB rather than a hotel. It makes it nice for chatting and such in the evening.

We found a nice place. It feels like home, just not mine. I see things that I recognize, like the TV. However, it works differently than mine does at home. The microwave looks like a microwave, but it uses different button combinations. The light switches do the normal stuff, they just aren’t where mine are. Everything is the same but different.

Like recovery…

In my recovery I find that everything is the same but different. I use different buttons to do things now. It takes some getting used to. Yet now that I’ve done it for a little while, I feel just fine.
